Founded by Joseph Zang in 1990, KDZ Gourmet is a brokerage firm whose passion and mission over the years has been to bring the best gourmet food from around the world into the kitchens and dining rooms of America. What We Do:
Since food is our passion, it’s not enough to just simply represent food companies. We play an integral role in the creation, development and packaging of new products.
